Set up of the sea-level rise exhibit at the Seattle Art Museum

The UW is creating a display at the Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park that illustrates how projected changes in sea level due to climate change could affect Seattle's waterfront, as well as other more vulnerable waterfront cities elsewhere in the world.

Lake Forest Park Elementary Science Night

A team of 3 graduate students set up a table at Lake Forest Park Elementary's Annual Science Night with information about careers in the atmospheric sciences. Kelly McCusker, Kristen Rasmussen and Reid Wolcott manned the table and performed lab demos for interested children and their parents.
